Last March (there's a pattern of going back in time here), I had the opportunity to work with my former boss from New York on video projections for a play at the Mark Taper Forum in downtown L.A. "Distracted," starring Rita Wilson and an 80's TV star, Balky from "Perfect Strangers," brought Gareth and I back in the theatre, just like the old days of "Wicked" during previews in San Francisco.

I love the theatre. Something about sitting in the audience and watching actors rehearse tickles my appreciation for witnessing make-believe come alive.

The second to last photo is from a rehearsal of "Wicked" at the Pantages.

And the one below that is a classic movie theatre called Vista.
