Brief Encounter

Aahhh....The soothing, familiar sound of wet tires swishing by caused me to jump up and grab my umbrella. Suddenly, I was inspired to go to the store and get some milk. Unfortunately, the rain only lasted about five minutes. At least the clouds were kind enough to linger into the evening.
This morning on my way to work, a homeless man with a pack of unfiltered Camels approached me.
Homeless Man: Excuse me, but does cigarette smoke OFFEND you?
Me: Uh, no.
Homeless Man: Do black people OFFEND you?
Me: No.
Homeless Man: Does waiting for the bus OFFEND you?
Me: No.
Homeless Man: Not even when it's late and you've been waiting? Waiting for the bus doesn't OFFEND you?
Me: No. Okay, have a nice a day.
The bus pulled up, but the man continued to address me as I tried to stuff my dollar and change into the meter.
Homeless Man: Cigarette smoke doesn't OFFEND you? Make certain that your mind is in gear before your mouth is in gear!
The door closed and the bus driver shook his head.
Bus Driver: He's right...your mind in gear before your mouth is...yep.

The colors are amazing in these pictures. For a sec, though, i thought the last picture was of a movie set where a color bursted in flames.
